The role of a Montessori teacher:

• To be the link between the child and the prepared environment
• To provide individual guidance at the child’s level
• To present clear, interesting and relevant lessons to the child

We have 3 fully qualified Montessori teachers, and a teacher ratio of 1 teacher to 7 children:

• Kelly – directress/head teacher and co-founder of the school from 1987
• Hannah joined us in 1999
• Elizabeth joined us in 2004
• Athina, school administrator, joined us in 2001

We also encourage parents to enhance our curriculum by sharing their time and talents.
